Chapter 1: The Beginning
Discovering My Cycle
I remember getting my first period at age 12.
Something I always heard about in middle school, but didn't really understand.

What I did know was that it felt like the worst 5 days of my life every month: painful, gut-wrenching cramps, hugging the toilet, throwing up, and desperately searching for the strongest pain medication. Still, it never touched the pain. I also knew that I felt moody, snappy, and exhausted the week before—PMS, they said.
On top of that, I struggled with cystic acne so large it would completely disfigure my face. My self-esteem was completely destroyed and I carried a feeling of embarrassment about a natural process all women go through. I saw other girls going through some of the same things and believed this was just part of being a woman.
Chapter 2: The Birth Control Era
The Hidden Side Effects
When I turned 18 and went to college, the next thing to do in my journey as a woman was what everyone seemed to be doing—go on birth control. It seemed like the perfect solution: no unplanned pregnancies, shorter periods, and fewer symptoms? Sign. Me. Up.
But very quickly, I began to notice strange moods and feelings that didn’t feel like me. I felt like a zombie—disconnected, moody, and irritable, not just for one week, but all the time.
I tried different types of birth control, but managing the costs was a challenge. $60 a month for a college student who wasn’t even dating because of her low self-esteem and constant mood swings just felt like a waste of money.
So, I decided to stop the pill and the ring and move on without them.
Chapter 3: Spiritual Awareness
Awakening to a Higher Purpose
Around age 25, after going through a life-altering relationship and a failed engagement, I felt completely lost emotionally. I read all the books on mental resilience and confidence, but what I needed was something deeper to help me through that transition.
Feeling like I had nothing and nowhere to turn, I turned to the highest power, our Divine Creator—the source that formed my spirit. I started to study more and more about the deeper meanings behind physical conditions and life through a spiritual lens, and the transformation it gave me mentally, spiritually, and emotionally was unreal.

I began to find connection in myself and in what I was experiencing, helping me build strength, manifest a new life, and cultivate unshakeable faith. I immersed myself in studying chakras, not just the "fluffy" crystals and rainbow meals, but the deep ancient wisdom that opened up an entirely new world for me.

This system helped me recognize when and why I felt out of balance. And while my mind and spirit were evolving, my cycle symptoms were still a challenge for me.
Chapter 4: The Burnout Era
When Everything Changed
In my 30s, I was hit with a new set of challenges—ones that didn’t seem tied to my menstrual cycle. I went through a severe case of burnout and stress that seemed relentless.
I started experiencing excessive chin hair, stubborn belly fat, no energy, depression, and the inability to cope with life's challenges.
It felt like my body was in free fall. Desperate for answers, I began researching hormone health: “Excess estrogen! High testosterone! PCOS! Hypothyroidism! Liver congestion!” I felt overwhelmed and frustrated.
My doctor told me my hormone levels were "normal," but I knew something was wrong. The other alternative was to get back on birth control and I already knew the outcome of that and refused to go back.
An acupuncturist told me my liver and thyroid were out of balance, but I still didn't know how that connected to my hormones.
While the treatments helped a little, they weren’t a permanent solution and not to mention costly.

So I decided to take matters into my own hands.
Chapter 5: The Turning Point
Taking Control
Determined to understand what was happening, I immersed myself in studying hormone health.
Through education, intuition, and divine intervention, I began to gain real answers. I started taking my self-care seriously, eating better, and reducing stress at all costs.
The brain fog cleared, my weight stopped climbing up, and that intense week before my period felt less overwhelming.
I was on the right path, but I knew there was more to learn. I kept meeting women with the same struggles—many of them just accepting that this was their “new normal" entering into the 30s era.

But I refused to believe that feeling bad half the month and the end of our vibrant nature was due to stepping into our 30s.

Chapter 6: The Revelation
The Power of Menstrual Coaching
I decided to get certified as a menstrual coach to deepen my understanding of the female body’s cyclical nature.
What I discovered blew my mind.
Why hadn’t we been taught any of this?
Why was women’s health treated like such a mystery?

I learned how incredibly similar our cycles are to the phases of the moon—how each phase affects us hormonally, mentally, and physically.
I finally learned how to care for my feminine body, an intricately and exquisitely designed creation I had been handling improperly.

I began applying everything I learned: the right nutrition, exercise, learning about the cycle phases, lifestyle changes, and mindset shifts.
The results were life-changing—no more severe cramps, glowing skin, and emotional balance. I no longer felt like I was losing my mind before my period or, worse, damaging my relationships.
I couldn’t keep this information to myself—it needed to be shared with other women.
Chapter 7: The Mission
Empowering Women Everywhere
As I shared my discoveries with the women around me, they experienced the same results. I realized just how common these challenges were—70-80% of women struggle with their cycles and have come to accept that they’ll only feel good for two weeks out of the month.
That’s when my mission became clear: to teach women how to truly care for their bodies, eliminate the symptoms that hold them back, and create an experience that’s not just informative but fun, magical, and transformative.

I’m here to bridge the gap between feminine wellness and feminine energy, blending science with spiritual care. Helping women finally harmonize their lives in a way that brings out the best in them.
Women are magical—we’re the portals to life—and we deserve more than just courses and textbooks. We need a little magic along the way.
